During our annual business meeting on December 15 (11:45pm), we will be proposing two changes to Mountain View's Constitution & Bylaws. If approved, MVBC will transition to the new format at the end of 2020.
There are 2 proposed changes:
1) Move to one annual business meeting per year from two.
2) Combine the finance, personnel, and facilities team into one Church Administration Team.
Below is a copy of Mountain View's Constitution & Bylaws as well as the leadership guidelines and details of the Church Administration Team.

The text being replaced is highlighted in YELLOW
