Middle and High School Students
At Mountain View Baptist Church, our middle and high school students will experience safe, age-appropriate environments where they learn about Jesus in a creative and relevant way.
We would love to see you and your family visit Mountain View Student Ministry.
YOUR FIRST VISIT
Here's what to expect when visiting our student ministry for the first time:
During your first visit, we'll meet you and your family. Our student ministry meets in the portable building in the back parking lot.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
Any special instructions (allergies, special needs, etc) for your children
Our middle and high school students meet together every:
Sunday Morning (youth building) | 9-10 a.m.
Thursday Evenings (youth building) | 6:30-8 p.m.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every Sunday, middle and high school students will meet in our youth building for Sunday school. Here, students play games, meet new friends and learn about God at a level appropriate for their age. Sunday messages range from topical to biblical book driven. Parents do not need to check in their student to weekly meetings.
Every Thursday evening, students will meet in our youth building for small group time. Evening gatherings may include worship music, a message, small groups and a fun activity. Evening meetings are a great chance for students to get to know their peers on a deeper level in a more casual environment. Parents do not need to check in their student to weekly meetings.
EVENTS & COMMUNITY SERVICE
Our student ministry regularly hosts fun events for students to get together and invite friends. To find out when events are happening, head to our events page and filter by "students".
Not all events will take place on the church campus. Because of this, we ask that you RSVP to events on our events page so that we can make sure we have an adequate number of volunteer drivers.
One of our beliefs is that in addition to sharing the gospel with people verbally, we believe Christians should "love their neighbor" by serving the community and meeting the needs of people everywhere they go. Because of this, our student ministry makes great efforts to not just have fun but also serve local people and organizations. Look for service events on our events page.

HELP FUND CAMP
Each summer our student ministry will go to a summer camp or a mission trip. However, due to the cost, families cannot always afford to send their teen to one of these life changing experiences. If you'd like to help, head to our GIVE section and give to the fund titled "youth camp." All of your generous giving goes toward lowering the out-of-pocket cost for families sending their teens.
